Payment details
Once we have your order, we'll email you an invoice.
50% down to begin work, 50% balance to ship.
Payments may be made online via credit card or by mailing a check.
Shipping details
Typical lead time is 4-6 weeks from deposit.
The art is professionally packaged and insured.
We'll email you tracking information.
Returns
When we send you a video of your piece for approval, this is your time to make modifications before the final glossy finish is applied.
There are no returns on custom art.
